  1. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations can be made via our website, phone numbers, or in person.

All bookings are subject to availability.

To confirm a booking, we may require advance payment or deposit.

Cancellations must be made within the stated timeframe (provided during booking). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

  1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.

Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

  1. Payments

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or accepted digital/mobile payment methods.

All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  1. Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to use our facilities (swimming pool, banquet hall, conference room, etc.) responsibly.

The resort is a smoke-free and drug-free environment in designated areas.

Any damage caused to property, equipment, or facilities by a guest will be charged to the guest responsible.

  1. Corporate & Event Bookings

For corporate events, banquets, and group reservations, separate agreements may apply.

Additional services such as catering, decoration, and technical equipment must be pre-booked.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected during booking or website use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  1. Safety & Security

The resort provides secured parking and a monitored environment for guest safety.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables unless stored in official resort safekeeping facilities.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best services, British Country Club & Resort is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or website.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
